SHIPPING
- A flat rate of $8.00 applies to all orders under $55.00 within Australia
- Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for delivery. Note: Regional locations may take up to 5-10 business days
- Orders over $55.00 qualify for free shipping Australia wide
- Goods are dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt and a tracking number emailed once the item has shipped
- Where we do not have the items for a 24 hour dispatch we will advise an anticipated delivery date and if this does not suit we will credit your account
- All deliveries require a signature. Where you choose the option at checkout time that the delivery be left without a signature, Teddo and Lid will take no responsibility for stolen or damaged items
- We do not dispatch on Public Holidays or Weekends
- A re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is given, a recipient not available or if there is no safe place to leave the order
- Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your order we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, incorrect address provided)
If you are not at the address supplied when Courier attempts delivery it is your responsibility to arrange the pickup or re-delivery of your order within 7 days. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE OF MIND
We accept cancellation of orders only in the event they have not yet been dispatched. If cancellation of order takes place after dispatch it is the customers responsibility to arrange and cover postage to return the goods in the condition they were received. On return of goods Teddo and Lid will provide a full credit minus any original shipping costs.
We do not accept cancellation or returns on custom orders once they have gone into production unless they are damaged on arrival.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
1. Contact us to report the need to exchange the product within 15 days. All returns must be authorised
2. Provide proof of purchase item was purchased from Teddo and Lid direct.
3. We will supply you with a return authority and instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned within 7 days of the return authority. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product and all charges incurred are at your expense. It is a requirement that the items be sent using Registered Post with the appropriate insurance to ensure the items are secure in transit.
4. Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected to ensure that it has not been used and is in a saleable condition. Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
5. Once the return has been processed you will be supplied with the exchange item/s of your choosing. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
6. As we are a boutique line our candles can be subject to limited supply. Where we do not have the same item/fragrance or an alternative fragrance of your choice we will provide a full refund.
We do not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new and unused condition other then in the case of damage on arrival.
Teddo and Lid reserve the right to refuse a replacement and instead only offer a full refund for goods purchased.
DAMAGED GOODS ON ARRIVAL
Great care is taken inspecting and packaging our products before it is shipped. In the rare case where damage has occurred during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Keep all original packing and provide a photograph of damage. We will investigate and provide a replacement candle where it has been determined the damage has occurred during transport.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. Where goods supplied are faulty you may choose between a refund, credit or replacement item. Please note we require you contact us prior to returning any product and we will respond within 48 hours.

Where a refund is applicable we will refund your Credit Card/PayPal account. Please note that refunds will be processed using original payment method
Gift recipients: In the case of a refund on a faulty or damaged item we cannot credit the gift recipient. The refund must be credited to the purchaser using the original payment method

We do not accept returns on sale items.
